This is a rare opportunity to shape how responsible research and innovation (RRI) is embedded across a major European advanced materials funding programme. The University of Edinburgh has been awarded European Commission Horizon Europe funding to participate in M-ERA.NET 4 leading a task on the development and operationalisation of RRI across the programme. As Responsible Innovation Manager, you will refine and update guidance and training on responsible research and innovation in materials science for a 46-organisation, 34-country network coordinating over €150 million in public R&I funding, ensuring advanced materials science is aligned with societal values and needs, and making a positive impact through increasingly responsible approaches to advanced materials research and innovation in Europe and beyond.
